I’m an amateur footballer who havent play for some time. i lke to play football but do not have proper training. I find it difficult to kick a high ball like goal kick or crossing the ball. I would love to have proper training or demonstartion available if it is on the internet. Thanks.

to get the ball high, think about trajectory, scoop th ball from the bottom with your foot, the next thing is power, train up if you want to kick it higher and further.
